MYWALIT proudly announces that we have partnered with leather suppliers holding The Leather Working Group (LWG) silver and gold certificates.
We aim to achieve The Leather Working Group (LWG) silver and gold certification with all our leather suppliers. At this point, not all the suppliers we currently work with hold these certificates. Nevertherless, our goal in the future is to attain LWG certification throughout our supply chain.
Altogether, we are taking significant steps towards more sustainable practices of manufacturing. MYWALIT is constantly striving to reduce our environmental impact in the hope that we can tread a little more lightly
The LWG is an international organisation that evaluates and audits leather manufacturers and suppliers. Evaluations are based on environmental and social sustainability standards. Leather Working Group certification indicates that suppliers meet strict criteria. Such as water and energy conservation, waste management and chemical responsibility, for example. Our suppliers maintain these high standards of leather quality.
At MYWALIT, we know that our customers are undoubtedly concerned about sustainability. The environmental and social impact of the products they buy is significant to them. We are pleased to recognize that we are taking steps in the right direction towards meeting our goal, and we remain committed to achieving it.
